Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related work experience in operational management.
• Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance; travel to multiple offices daily.
• Ability to travel between offices with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Model and promote PDS culture, values, and best practices daily.
• Assess, hire and retain right-fit team members through training and coaching.
• Resolve staff and patient issues with timely, effective solutions.
• Execute the PDS Operational Model with the Owner Dentist partnership.
• Drive year-over-year revenue and profit growth while managing expenses.
• Ensure cash management and accounting protocol adherence.
• Lead team development for the Perfect Patient Experience.
• Provide leadership, coaching and performance evaluations to staff.
