Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 3+ years in directly related work experience.
• Experience in housing counseling and high-volume housing service delivery.
• Proven track record managing diverse teams, hiring and supervising staff.
• Strong project management and ability to hold teams accountable for results.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships in Detroit's housing sector.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational coordination of DHN programs and initiatives.
• Direct day-to-day operational coordination with reports and cross-functional teams.
• Develop, implement, and improve operational procedures and service standards.
• Ensure operational execution of programs within timelines.
• Support oversight of budgets, goals, and grant deliverables.
• Support onboarding, supervision, and training of DHN staff with HR.
• Collaborate with Salesforce team for CRM improvements.
• Coordinate data sharing and analytics with external partners.
