Job summary

Swingers, the crazy golf club in Nomad, is seeking an Operations Manager to ensure seamless daily operation of the venue and oversee service and entertainment. The role focuses on guest experience, team leadership, and operational excellence, with safety compliance at the forefront.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in high-volume venue management, TIPS and food handling certifications, and strong communication and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a management role within high volume, quality cocktail bar/venue
• TIPS alcohol certification
• Food handling certification
• Excellent communication at all levels
• Strong leadership ability
• Strong financial acumen
• The ability to manage under pressure and make real time decisions
• Experience to operate at a high level under the direction of the management team
• The ability to manage multiple operational and managerial tasks simultaneously
• Personal maturity to deal with confidential information and/or issues with discretion and sound judgment
