Job summary

Swingers – the crazy golf club in Boston is seeking a server to join our team. The role offers the chance to deliver outstanding guest experiences with bar and concession partners, accurate order taking, POS entry, and timely food and beverage delivery.

We provide competitive compensation of $6.75 per hour plus tips, 2 weeks PTO, telemedicine, health plans, 401k, parental leave, discounts, transit benefits, and more as we grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months experience in a busy hospitality environment.
• TIPS alcohol certification.
• Desire to grow within the company.
• Ability to work under pressure and to a high standard.
• Ability to meet the physical and scheduling demands including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Servers are responsible for seamless operation of the food and beverage service from our bar and concession partners, ensuring efficient order taking, POS entry and delivery while delivering the Swingers guest experience.
• Uphold Swingers policies and procedures and work to create a fun, high-energy atmosphere for guests.

The Role

Servers are responsible for the seamless operation of the food and beverage service from our bar and concession partners, by ensuring the efficient order taking, POS entry and delivery of food and beverage while providing the Swingers guest experience and adhering to the Swingers ethos, policies and procedures.

Our Perfect Candidate Has

• Minimum 6 months experience in a busy environment in the hospitality industry
• TIPS alcohol certification
• Passion for hospitality and a desire to grow within the company
• The ability to work under pressure and to a high standard
• The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays
