The role:

The General Manager is responsible for the oversight of the operations at the venue. As the leader of the management team, this position will be held to the highest professional standards. The General Manager shall assume an active role in strategic planning, positioning, policy-making and problem solving. They will be responsible for the effective implementation and execution of all Swingers protocols and policies.

• Minimum 10 years' experience in high impact, multi-faceted hospitality environments with significant volume and high standards of performance
• Strong leadership ability
• Excellent communication at all levels
• Strong financial acumen
• A big-picture mentality
• A hands-on approach, leads by example
• The ability to delegate to and empower management to run their respective departments with a hard-working and positive attitude
• Experience in systems creation, analysis, implementation, and efficacy
• The highest integrity as a leader and can positively affect the culture, and project a positive external image while demanding performance from management and associates
• An amicable personality, sense of humor, a healthy interest in social competition, and passionate about hospitality is the right fit.
• The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays

*The base pay range for this position is $140,000. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid within the range depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications, and skills, etc.
