Job summary

Pella Products of Houston is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily operations across installation, service, warehouse, and delivery. You will drive order fulfillment, customer experience, inventory control, and safety initiatives while developing leaders and aligning operations with our Vision and C.O.U.R.A.G.E. values.

Reporting to Senior Sales Management, you will partner with Sales, Customer Service, HR, Finance, and Leadership to optimize performance and growth in Houston's market.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading operations teams in building products or related industries.
• Experience coordinating installation, service, warehouse, and delivery functions.
• Strong ability to analyze operations, set standards, and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across installation, service, warehouse, and delivery.
• Ensure on-time order fulfillment and high customer satisfaction.
• Develop staffing plans, coach leaders, and manage performance.
• Oversee safety programs, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales, HR, Finance, and leadership to achieve goals.
