Pella Mid-Atlantic is seeking an Operations General Manager to lead Installation, Service, Warehouse, Delivery, Project Coordination, and related support functions. You will guide department managers to ensure projects move smoothly from order release through installation and post-installation service, while focusing on customer satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

• Five years of operational leadership experience with at least three years managing staff.
• Experience overseeing multiple functions (installation, service, warehouse, delivery or project coordination).
• Experience in building products or home improvement preferred.
• Strong budgets, labor utilization, cost control and performance metrics knowledge.
• Leadership, communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel locally with valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Installation, Service, Warehouse, Delivery, Project Coordination, and related operations.
• Lead department managers and teams with clear priorities and accountability.
• Ensure scheduling, staffing, and coordination from order release to completion and post-installation service.
• Monitor timelines, quality, and customer commitments.
• Drive process improvements and standard operating procedures.
• Manage safety, compliance and incident investigations.
• Develop and manage operational budgets and KPI tracking.
• Collaborate with leadership to align priorities and growth.
