Advanced Thermal Corporation (ATC), a Brock Group member, seeks an Operations Manager for its Jacksonville, Texas manufacturing facility. You will partner with the Plant Manager to oversee daily production, safety, quality and on-time delivery while driving continuous improvement.

This developmental role prepares for Plant Manager duties, with responsibility for safety, productivity, cost control, and equipment utilization, plus collaboration with sales and engineering.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certifications preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to read and interpret drawings.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational support to the Plant Manager across production scheduling, materials flow, labor coordination, and on-time delivery.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols, quality standards, and internal operating procedures.
• Act as a floor-level leader, working with supervisors and staff to troubleshoot issues and maintain workflow continuity.
• Participate in job order planning and execution to meet customer requirements and deadlines.
• Assist in employee supervision, development, and performance feedback.
• Collaborate with sales and engineering to align plant output with customer demand.
• Support continuous improvement focused on productivity, waste reduction, and cost control.
