• Oversees and coordinates all transactional operations (air and ocean exports/imports) and customs.
• Manages team agents, specialists and supervisors.
• Supports desk-level functions during peak periods and vacations.
• Ensures operations meet customer requirements and takes corrective actions.
• Drives compliance, quality and continuous improvement.
• Collaborates with Customer Service, Product and Global Service Centers.
