Job summary

Daniels Family Funeral and Cremations in Albuquerque, NM seeks an experienced Operations Manager to oversee funeral home and cemetery location operations, staff, and budget execution. You will lead resource planning, process improvements, and service quality across location teams.

You will develop and monitor marketing plans, manage supplier relations, ensure regulatory compliance, and coach department heads while delivering compassionate service to families.

Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.
• Experience analyzing finance reports to improve location performance.
• Valid state issued driver’s license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the management of resources and day-to-day operations.
• Establishes a financial plan and ensures goals are met each year.
• Analyzes activities, costs, operations, and forecasts data.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local laws for cemetery and funeral home.
• Develops and maintains supplier relationships to add value to client families.
