Job summary

Generation Trust Law Group is seeking a Director of Operations to partner with firm leadership across our Michigan and Florida offices, including Tampa, to drive efficiency and growth. You will manage day-to-day operations, finance workflows, HR processes, and cross‑office collaboration to sustain peak performance.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in operations or office management, multi-site preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with relationship-building ability.
• Process-driven with high emotional intelligence and accountability.
• Comfortable with financial administration tools and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership partnership with the President by preparing agendas and driving execution, owning the performance dashboard.
• Oversee People Operations from onboarding through off-boarding and ensure HR compliance.
• Foster multi-site office operations, vendors, facilities, and administrative processes with consistent practices.
• Coordinate client deposits and AR/AP workflows; align financial processes with firm objectives.
• Champion weekly scorecard meetings and KPI reporting to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Model and strengthen the firm’s culture of trust, accountability, and collaboration across the organization.
