Responsibilities

• Leads a team that provides operational expertise in contracted services with hands-on execution management.
• Manages client and community relationships at the location, assessing operations and planning to optimize service and satisfaction.
• Builds and leads a management team capable of carrying out organizational objectives.
• Recommends methods, resources, and implementation for service improvement and growth within contract terms.
• In partnership with Finance, manages a budget and designs improvements to optimize financial performance.
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and codes and maintains records and reports.
• Adheres to Aramark's standards of operation including safety standards and Business Conduct Policy.
