You will guide a team, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with safety and Aramark standards while pursuing continuous service improvements and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management preferred.
• Focus on client and customer service; drive growth.
• Strong interpersonal skills for clients and senior management.
• Ability to read and implement contract requirements.
• Experience in service industry, contract services, or hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead through other managers.
• Experience in budgeting, financial controls and analysis.
• Experience crafting sales strategies and implementing programs.
