Job summary

Generation Trust Law Group, based in Tampa, FL, seeks a Director of Operations to partner with the President and drive multi-state operations, efficiency, and growth. You will own the leadership dashboard and coordinate day-to-day workflow across offices.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in operations or office management, ideally in multi-site environments.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills with relationship-building ability.
• Proactive, able to handle difficult conversations while maintaining culture and accountability.
• Comfortable with QuickBooks, Clio, Dropbox and Microsoft-based tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead as strategic operational partner to the President, guiding agendas and driving execution.
• Own the company performance dashboard and report key data to leadership.
• Oversee People Operations from onboarding to offboarding, HR compliance, and handbook updates.
• Manage office operations, facilities, vendors, equipment, and multi-office consistency.
• Coordinate client deposits and AR/AP processes; monitor receivables and financial workflows.
• Lead weekly scorecard meetings and develop KPI reporting for firm-wide success.
• Uphold the firm's culture, trust, and collaboration while navigating change.
