Job summary

ISS Facility Services - North America is seeking a proactive leader to oversee catering events, direct hourly staff, and manage day-of guest experiences. The role includes driving a delivery vehicle to transport prepared foods between production and client sites on a Wed-Sun schedule.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in hospitality or retail service, proven supervision, ServSafe certification, and familiarity with Cater Trax or similar software; a valid driver's license and clean DMV record are

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality, food service or retail with excellent customer service.
• Previous supervisory experience.
• ServSafe Certification required or equivalent.
• Familiar with Cater Trax or similar catering software and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate catering events and day-of execution.
• Oversee hourly staff and ensure service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Drive delivery vehicle to move prepared foods between sites per schedule.
• Collaborate with internal departments, vendors, and clients for event setup.
• Ensure safety, HACCP compliance, and accurate site presentation.
