BIBIBOP is seeking an Operations Leader to join our team in Naperville, IL. This role focuses on leading daily restaurant operations, driving guest satisfaction, and mentoring staff to uphold Bibibop’s standard of quality and service.

You will collaborate with the General Manager to optimize scheduling, inventory, and processes, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment. A strong leader with a guest-centric mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
• 2 years in a management or leadership role within a restaurant or retail environment preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Valid Driver’s License required

Responsabilités

• Support the General Manager in overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations.
• Lead and motivate team members to deliver Bibibop’s signature service and quality.
• Manage scheduling, inventory, and operational processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
• Uphold company policies, procedures, and health/safety standards.
• Address guest feedback with professionalism, ensuring a positive resolution.
• Assist in training and developing team members to reach their full potential.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Ensure consistent food quality, preparation, and presentation.
