The role requires a leader who can balance operational excellence with administrative discipline, aligning crews, supervisors, and office support with Valcourt’s safety, documentation, and customer satisfaction standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in commercial services or exterior maintenance.
• Strong background in safety compliance and quality control.
• Experience managing field crews, administrative staff, and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with estimating, job costing, and production planning.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, crew assignments, and daily operations for efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure production mapping, man-day tracking, and accurate job planning.
• Support new account start-ups and resolve on-site challenges.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers and Estimators on project execution and profitability.
• Conduct site inspections and audits to maintain service standards.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure compliance training across teams.
• Oversee administrative processes including forms, timesheets, and reporting.
