The role requires coordinating with sales/estimating, ensuring efficient production planning, and maintaining strong safety practices across projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations management for commercial services or exterior maintenance.
• Strong safety and quality-control background with field crew oversight.
• Experience coordinating admin staff and cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with estimating, job costing, and production planning.

Responsibilities

• Oversee scheduling, crew assignments, and daily operations for efficiency.
• Ensure accurate production mapping, man-day tracking, and job planning.
• Support startup of new accounts and resolve on-site challenges.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers and Estimators on execution and profitability.
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and implement corrective actions.
• Enforce safety protocols and lead JSAs, toolbox talks, and trainings.
• Manage administrative processes: forms, timesheets, incident reporting, close-out documentation.
• Support complex bids, provide input on access methods and crew needs.
