Job summary

HRforGrowth is assisting a client organization in hiring a Facility Manager. The role focuses on facility operations, vendor management, safety, and equipment maintenance across warehouse and production areas.

Ideal candidates have supervisory experience, knowledge of ISO quality standards, and proficiency with CMMS systems; the position requires leadership, strong communication, and a commitment to a safe, compliant work environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or vocational certificate required.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• At least 2 years in warehouse/building equipment maintenance.
• Effective leadership and coaching skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, wiring diagrams and schematics.
• Experience with CMMS and maintenance scheduling.
• Strong prioritization and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Maintain vendor service agreements and oversee facility grounds.
• Project management of external contractor projects.
• Oversee grounds maintenance, snow removal, and upkeep.
• Support warehouse and production equipment maintenance.
• Oversee safety programs, inspections, and ISO compliance.
• Manage security and access control; OSHA compliance.
• Coordinate training and certification for power equipment.
• Ensure audit readiness and safety records.
