Qualifications

• BS/BA in related field required or equivalent
• 3–5 years safety and operations management experience
• Experience with CRM and operations software
• Experience in fleet/yard operations and vendor coordination
• Experience in a construction-based or service rental environment preferred

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily yard activities of supervisors, workers and drivers
• Coordinate deliveries, pickups and multi-sectional set-ups
• Ensure cleaning, repair, and refurbishment standards per policy
• Develop and implement safety programs and incident reporting
• Support integration of new technologies and NAV/PO processes
