Job summary

Amazon in Coppell, TX is seeking an Operations Manager to lead a mixed team of salaried and hourly associates. You will drive safety, quality, attendance, and performance, delivering customer orders on time and at the right location.

You will provide tools and coaching to your team and oversee projects with site and regional impact. The role focuses on data-driven decision making and continuous improvement through Lean, Kaizen and Six Sigma practices, while collaborating with Safety,

Qualifications

3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
Work a flexible schedule including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

Support, mentor, and motivate your salaried and hourly workforce.
Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, HR to meet objectives.
