Job summary

Amazon is seeking an Operations Manager in OH, Monroe to lead a team of salaried and hourly staff, ensuring safety, quality and on-time delivery. You will mentor the team, drive productivity plans, and balance workloads while partnering with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA and HR to meet business goals.

You will manage a dynamic, customer-focused environment and play a key role in delivering orders accurately and efficiently across the WW Operations network.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Willingness to work flexible schedule including weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support, mentor, and motivate salaried and hourly workforce.
• Lead large-scope projects with site and regional impact.
• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and load balancing.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and HR to meet objectives.
