• Build and execute productivity plans through forecast reviews and cross-team collaboration.
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises.
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, and HR to meet objectives.
• Lift up to 49 pounds and stand/walk up to 12 hours during shifts.
