Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking an experienced Plant Manager to provide overall direction, safety leadership, and continuous improvement for the Memphis facility. You will guide cross-functional teams to achieve productivity, quality, and cost objectives, while fostering a culture of urgency, integrity, and teamwork.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, including leading improvement efforts in production, quality, or profitability, and driving

• Experience with change management/transformation initiatives

Responsibilities

• Establishes operational strategies to meet objectives in safety, productivity, quality, customer service, sales, human capital, cost and profitability
• Develop team to solve day-to-day issues to reach short- and long-term performance goals with urgency, integrity and trust
• Accountable for site KPIs, including machine and labor efficiencies and data-driven decision making
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives and develop innovative practices and procedures
• Collaborates with cross-functional leaders to drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Oversee employee development plans and people management strategies with direct reports
• Monitor site capacity and coordinate with other sites for scheduling to meet on-time delivery
• Conduct feasibility studies and advise on capital investments; work with Finance on capex and payback
• Prepare and manage annual financial plan and monitor performance via forecasting
• Ensure maintenance and security of facilities, grounds, utilities and equipment
• Interact with stakeholders to provide technical support and resolve issues
• Enforce safety, food safety and environmental policies and procedures
• Maintain industry knowledge through networking and publications
