Job summary

Menasha Corporation is seeking an Operations Manager in West Jefferson, OH to oversee daily production, ensure safety, and drive efficiency. You will develop production schedules, manage staff hiring/training, and partner with leaders to meet customer on-time delivery.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience, with a focus on safety, manufacturing processes, and continuous improvement. The position is full-time and on-site at our Ohio facility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of safety and protection of workers, environment and site.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and material flow.
• Ability to lead people and get results through others.
• Ability to think ahead and plan over a specific time span.

Responsibilities

• Establishes operational strategies to improve safety, productivity, quality, customer service, and profitability.
• Accountable for site KPIs including machine and labor efficiency; guide department leaders to meet scorecard objectives.
• Monitor site capacity and coordinate scheduling with other sites to meet on-time delivery.
• Conduct equipment feasibility studies; collaborate with Finance on capital expenditure plans and payback expectations.
• Drive continuous improvement with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.
• Prepare and manage the annual financial plan; forecast performance.
• Ensure maintenance and security of facilities, utilities, and equipment.
• Provide staffing, training, employee relations, and performance guidance for the operations team.
• Interact with stakeholders to resolve orders or complaints; explore new business opportunities.
