Job summary

Temco Logistics in Atlanta is seeking an Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations, support drivers, office teams, and customers. You will partner with the General Manager to ensure service excellence, compliance, and a great employee experience.

Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring routes and performance, assisting driver teams with issues, ensuring accurate scheduling, routing, and check-ins, and collaborating with HR on engagement and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Router to optimize routes within DOT regulations.
• Oversee payroll accuracy and daily reporting; ensure documentation is complete.
