Job summary

Vylor is seeking an Operations Leader for Core Technology and Foundational Infrastructure to translate strategy into execution across the CTFI portfolio. You will establish governance, operating rhythms, and reporting while partnering with platform teams to harmonize priorities and drive execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field and 10–15 years in technology or business operations.
• 5+ years leading programs, teams, or enterprise initiatives.
• Strong governance, communications, planning, and reporting capabilities.
• Experience developing KPI frameworks, dashboards, and decision-support reporting.
• Excellent financial acumen including budgeting and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Establish governance structures and operating rhythms for the CTFI portfolio.
• Lead organizational communications and alignment across platform teams.
• Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting for transparency.
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and investment planning activities.
• Provide portfolio visibility across ERP, Digital Workplace, Site Operations, Infrastructure, Cloud, and Network.
• Drive organizational effectiveness and continuous improvement initiatives.
