Who are we and what do we do? Corteva Agriscience intends to separate into two independent companies on or about October 1, 2026; this planned separation is subject to multiple conditions, including final approval of the transaction by its board of directors. It is Corteva’s current intention, should the separation occur, that this position will align with the Seed Company, Vylor, at the time of the intended separation. The Vylor innovation engine will be anchored in the agriculture industry’s most elite germplasm and transformative biotech. The company will leverage its next generation scientific expertise in disciplines like gene editing and molecular breeding to further strengthen its core business while exploring opportunities to expand to new row crops – and potentially beyond. We are hiring an Operations Leader – Core Technology and Foundational Infrastructure (CTFI) to serve as the operational backbone of the organization, enabling effective execution across one of the most critical technology portfolios within Integrated Enterprise Systems (IES).
The Opportunity
This role sits at the center of the CTFI organization and is responsible for helping leaders turn strategy into execution. You will establish and operate the management systems, governance processes, communications, operating rhythms, performance measurement frameworks, and planning processes that enable the organization to execute effectively at scale. Working across platform teams and partnering closely with the IES Strategy & Operations organization, you will help drive consistency, transparency, accountability, and operational maturity across the broader IES portfolio. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, turning data into actionable insights, coordinating across multiple stakeholders, and helping organizations perform at their highest level.
