Vylor is building a modern, platform‑based technology organization. We are hiring an Operations Leader to anchor governance, planning, and performance across Core Technology and Foundational Infrastructure (CTFI) within IES.

You will drive strategy-to-execution, establish reporting, and partner with platform teams to scale operations and financial discipline. The role emphasizes governance, communications, and enablement of cross‑functional delivery, with a strong focus on data‑driven decisions,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; 10–15 years in technology operations or program management.
• Proven leadership of enterprise programs and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong governance, planning, reporting, and KPI development experience.
• Financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
• Ability to translate data into actionable insights and decisions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management in matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, operating rhythms, and quarterly planning across CTFI.
• Develop and maintain KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting.
• Coordinate communications and ensure alignment across platform teams.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and portfolio prioritization activities.
• Ensure organizational effectiveness and continuous improvement.
• Drive visibility and execution across ERP, cloud, and infrastructure domains.
