Job summary

Eastdil Secured is seeking a Vice President, Technology Operations to serve as the operating executive to the CTO. This role manages the Technology Operating System across Infrastructure, Applications, Product, Security, Data and PMO, ensuring durable control systems and non-operational CTO involvement in daily execution.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in enterprise technology, strong governance experience, and the ability to accelerate cross-functional initiatives in a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years leading enterprise technology organizations or similar.
• Proven ability to reduce executive workload via durable control systems.
• Experience in regulated or risk-sensitive environments (financial services or similar).
• Strong communication and senior stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as operating executive to CTO, managing Technology Operating System across Infrastructure, Applications, Product, Security, Data and PMO.
• Maintain renewal calendar, governance, budgeting, and cross-functional execution.
• Drive escalation triage, root-cause analysis, and post-incident documentation.
• Own technology budgeting runbook and forecasting cadence; standardize inputs for executive narratives.
• Lead portfolio steering with milestones, risk, and decision tracking.
