Job summary

RTX, a leading aerospace & defense company, is seeking a results‑driven professional to lead CORE Continuous Improvement for the Turbine Module Center. You will steer data‑driven actions, standardize KPIs, and drive cross‑functional improvements across manufacturing processes for military and commercial customers.

Role requires strong project management, Six Sigma or lean background, and the ability to lead large initiatives with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Statistics or Operations, Supply Chain; 7 years of experience, or an Advanced Degree with 5 years.
• U.S. Citizenship is required to access information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Lead CORE & Overall Continuous Improvement activities at the Turbine Module Center.
• Collect, standardize, report, and automate KPI metrics and use data to drive improvements.
• Manage and deploy digital technology resources to improve CORE metrics.
• Plan and execute improvement plans for CT metrics, SPS, OpX/WAVE, and Industry 4.0 initiatives.
• Plan CORE events and provide regular updates to leadership.
• Grow CORE proficiency with Black Belt & Red-X Specialists for skill development.
• Minimal travel may be required.
