Job summary

Collins Aerospace in Windsor Locks, CT seeks a results-driven Transformation Leader to architect regional strategy, lead site roadmaps, deploy CORE Operating System, and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.

You will coach teams, apply COSMIC and BPM tools, analyze data for automation opportunities, and partner with site leadership to deliver measurable value. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years of experience
  • Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Lean and Business Process Management tools to manage continuous improvement and transformational efforts.
  • At least 2 years of experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing leaders within complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Minimum of 2 years delivering measurable, tangible improvements in business process environments.

Responsibilities

What You Will Do

  • Plan and execute CORE Leadership Weeks at the site, ensuring value outcomes.
  • Analyze data to identify automation opportunities and improve processes

Qualifications We Prefer
  • Master’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience, or Advanced degree with 3+ years of relevant experience, or in lieu of a degree, 8 years of relevant professional experience required.
  • Advanced CORE certification (Professional or Expert level), or active progress toward certification, or Six Sigma Greenbelt certified
  • Demonstrated passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
  • Strong communication, coaching, and mentoring skills with a collaborative mindset

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD.
