Qualifications

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, CBC and Firearms Authorized Training may be required.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments (for example, Academy trainings, Open Door trainings, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by coaching and mentoring associates, setting clear expectations and providing feedback.
• Manages store operations including budgeting, forecasting and controlling expenses to align with sales and goals.
• Ensures customer service standards, resolves issues, and drives a high quality customer experience across all store areas.
