Qualifications

• Attend and complete job-required trainings and assessments (Academy trainings, Open Door trainings).
• Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U and Bellevue University is preferred.
• Experience supervising 5 or more direct reports including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing.

Responsabilités

• Assist store manager in driving financial performance by achieving sales and profit goals.
• Review PL statements and help control expenses aligned with sales.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to plan and implement programs and initiatives.
• Provide supervision, development opportunities, and promote a culture of belonging in the workplace.
