Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Initiates, directs and participates in community outreach programs in collaboration with associates and managers.
• Ensures compliance with company policies by monitoring asset protection and safety controls.
• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates including hiring, training and mentoring.
• Models exceptional customer service and supports store initiatives using Walmart's OBW service model.
• Assists store manager in driving financial performance by analyzing PL statements and controlling expenses.
