Job summary

UtiliQuest, LLC, a leader in underground utility damage prevention, seeks an Operations Manager in Greenville, SC to lead the Center’s day-to-day operations and drive a safety-first culture. You will build a high-performing team, manage client relationships, and contribute to budgeting and strategic initiatives.

The role requires a high school diploma (BS/BA preferred) and at least 2 years of supervisory experience; utility locating experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• BS/BA degree preferred.
• Two+ years of management or supervisory experience.
• Utility locating experience preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Detail oriented with strong multitasking.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the Center with hands-on leadership.
• Build relationships with clients, excavators, and employees.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture for all center staff.
• Build and train Supervisors aligned to KPIs and business drivers.
• Participate in financial forecasting and budget preparation.
• Work to reduce expenses, damages, and liability risk.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to implement policies and procedures.
• Represent the company at forums and community meetings.
• Develop technicians and oversee employee engagement and morale.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
