Job summary

UtiliQuest, LLC is seeking a Field Supervisor to lead the Damage Prevention team in our Operations Center. You will build schedules, assign tasks, monitor performance, and drive safety and quality standards while coordinating with clients, excavators, regulators, and the public to ensure work meets company goals.

This hands-on leadership role requires coaching technicians, conducting daily/weekly planning meetings, performing audits and performance reviews, and partnering with HR to address

Qualifications

• Comes with training and safety policy adherence.
• Ability to lead field teams in outdoor environments.
• Strong planning and time-management skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including some evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Build and supervise a team of Damage Prevention Technicians.
• Promote and maintain a strong safety culture.
• Conduct daily/weekly planning meetings for quality control.
• Perform audits of field personnel to ensure standards.
• Provide performance feedback and development opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with clients, excavators, regulators, employees, and the public.
• Coordinate staffing needs with HR and Talent Acquisition.
