eX² Technology is seeking a Utility Locator Supervisor to manage underground locating operations, oversee field personnel and enforce safety. You will coordinate daily locate schedules, investigate damages, and interpret complex infrastructure maps.

Qualifications

• Underground utility locating experience with 4–7 years.
• 1–3 years in a lead or supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees, evaluate performance, and handle hiring/discipline.
• Coordinate scheduling, ensure safety compliance, provide training.
• Review as-built drawings, blueprints, and GIS data to resolve issues.
• Prevent fiber cuts to maintain network integrity.
• Audit locators and manage tickets and field communications.
• Respond to emergencies and on-call duties.
