Reclaim Hyperbarics & Wellness in North Ogden and Mountain Green, Utah, seeks a Director of Operations to lead a growing two-location wellness practice. You will partner with the Owner to translate goals into clear plans, establish ownership, and build the structure that keeps the team moving forward.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive operations or management experience.
• 3+ years of people leadership experience.
• Healthcare operations, wellness, medical practices, hospitality, or high-touch service experience is valuable.
• Ability to create structure and accountability across a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead people and coach across two locations.
• Oversee operations, processes, SOPs, training, scheduling, and reporting.
• Coordinate with Medical Director, nursing, and vendors to support growth.
• Build a warm, high-touch client experience and align sales/growth with operations.
