Qualifications

• 5+ years in operations/management
• 3+ years people leadership
• Experience in multi-site leadership
• Healthcare/wellness/medical practices experience valuable

Responsibilities

• Lead a multidisciplinary team across two locations
• Build and improve processes, SOPs, training and scheduling
• Develop reporting, communication, and vendor support systems
• Recruit, onboard and coach staff; strengthen team performance
• Oversee operations and drive growth through structured planning
• Collaborate with Owner, Medical Director, and leadership to achieve goals
