Job summary

Centner Wellness & Spa is seeking a high-energy COO to oversee operations of a 15,000 sq ft wellness center and two satellite locations. You will lead daily operations, sales and marketing, HR processes, and ensure an elevated client experience.

The role requires 5+ years in executive operations within a clinic/wellness setting, startup agility, and strong commercial acumen. Ability to manage P&L and ensure HIPAA and safety compliance is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of executive operational leadership in Clinic/Wellness Center/Spa settings.
• Startup agility in fast-paced environments, building infra and scaling teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the team and operations.
• Foster high performance and exceptional client experience.
• Oversee daily operations and ensure high-quality client care and documentation.
• Direct HR lifecycle including recruitment, onboarding and performance reviews.
• Lead sales, marketing oversight, and retention strategies for memberships and packages.
• Manage P&L, pricing strategy, and recurring revenue opportunities.
• Supervise multidisciplinary teams ensuring compliance and safety standards.
