Two Men and a Truck® in Plano, TX is seeking an Operations Manager to lead daily moving operations, oversee crew leadership, staffing, scheduling and dispatch, safety, and fleet readiness while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

You will develop people, drive productivity, and partner with leadership to ensure high performance and a seamless customer journey in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, management, logistics or related field preferred.
• Experience in operations, logistics, or moving/related service leadership.
• Experience supervising and developing employees.
• Strong leadership and accountability skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead & Develop the Team and provide daily leadership to movers, drivers, and operations staff.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, dispatch, safety, and fleet readiness.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, service quality, and costs; identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with leadership, sales, and customer service for a seamless customer experience.
