Job summary

DuraServ is seeking an Operations Manager to build high-performing service teams and drive operational efficiency. You will own backlog management, technician scheduling, fleet oversight, and budget control to maintain branch profitability.

You will lead staff development, enforce safety and licensing standards, and partner with sales to align service capacity with revenue goals. This role requires strategic leadership and a hands-on, results-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience is required.
• 5+ years in service operations or related leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to manage department budgets and costs.
• Experience in fleet management and DOT compliance.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 for reporting and scheduling.
• Valid driver's license; 10% travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule technicians, dispatch work orders, manage backlog and urgent service calls.
• Oversee project execution from start to finish with quality standards.
• Plan fleet utilization and maintenance, ensuring DOT compliance.
• Prepare and manage the department budget to keep the branch profitable.
