Job summary

DuraServ is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager to lead service coordinators, manage daily execution, and grow into full branch ownership. You will supervise Service Coordinators, manage schedules, oversee warehouse/inventory protocols, and uphold branch standards.

The role offers a structured leadership track, development opportunities, and a direct path toward Operations Manager with exposure to scheduling, manpower, subcontractors, and customer commitments.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, field service, or related operational environment.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise or coordinate people.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 for scheduling, documentation, and operational reporting.
• Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, implementing, and executing daily schedules and project plans.
• Review workload daily and manage manpower effectively.
• Oversee warehouse operations and inventory management.
