Job summary

DuraServ is seeking an Assistant Operations Manager in Orlando to lead service coordinators, manage daily schedules, and support the Operations Manager in driving branch performance. This role is a development track toward full branch ownership, with emphasis on accountability and compliance with company standards.

You will supervise Service Coordinators, oversee subcontractors, and reinforce warehouse/inventory procedures while preparing for broader operational responsibilities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing, distribution, field service, or a related operational environment.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise or coordinate people.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 for scheduling, documentation, and operational reporting.
• Valid driver’s license—field and warehouse presence are part of this role.

Responsibilities

• Execute the daily operation by planning, implementing, and executing schedules and project plans to meet customer commitments on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Review workload daily and manage manpower effectively, adjusting to changing priorities without losing momentum.
• Oversee warehouse operations including equipment staging, stock parts ordering, purchase orders, and inventory management.
