Coastal Waste & Recycling is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee material recovery facilities, hauling, and post-collection operations. You will develop Operations Supervisors while ensuring safe, compliant, and efficient facility operations and strong relationships with municipal partners, customers, regulators, and vendors.

You will lead through coaching, champion safety, drive throughput and environmental performance, and manage staffing strategies to recruit, onboard, and retain

Formación

• Progressive leadership experience in waste management and related sectors.
• Experience leading leaders.
• Strong operational, environmental, and business acumen.
• Commitment to safety, compliance, and operational excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach, and develop Operations Supervisors and build a pipeline of leaders.
• Own post-collection operations performance including safety, compliance, staffing, and throughput.
• Develop Supervisors through coaching, field observations, and succession planning.
• Staff recruitment, onboarding, development, and retention for operations.
• Champion safety culture with daily safety huddles and initiatives.
• Ensure facilities operate safely, compliant, and efficiently with partners and vendors.
