Responsabilités

• Support Branch Manager in actions to achieve financial objectives.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Oversee sales efforts and business initiatives.
• Lead performance management of direct staff (Inside Sales Reps, Drivers, etc.).
• Motivate, coach and train personnel.
• Promote safety culture through leadership and accountability.
• Perform other duties as needed.
