United Rentals is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the delivery of quality service and maximize branch productivity in Carson City, NV. You will coordinate with the Branch Manager to ensure safety, customer service excellence and adherence to standard processes.

Responsibilities include supporting financial objectives, overseeing sales initiatives and managing staff performance, with a focus on safety and operational efficiency. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma; Bachelor's preferred.
• 3+ years of sales and operational experience.
• Basic knowledge of construction rental equipment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager to hit financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with company policies.
• Oversee sales efforts and initiatives.
• Manage performance of Inside Sales Reps and drivers.
• Coach and train staff; promote safety culture.
• Additional duties as assigned.
