Job summary

United Rentals, the world’s largest equipment rental provider, seeks an Operations Manager to coordinate and direct the delivery of quality service, maximize branch productivity, and ensure safety and policy compliance. You will work with the Branch Manager to drive world-class customer service and efficient operations.

In this role you will support financial objectives, oversee staff performance, and promote a culture of safety.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales and operational experience.

Responsibilities

• Support Branch Manager in implementing actions to achieve financial objectives.
• Assist the Branch Manager in ensuring compliance with all company policies.
• Oversee sales efforts and business initiatives.
• Responsible for performance management of direct staff including Inside Sales Reps, Drivers, and other staff as applicable.
• Motivate, coach and train personnel.
• Promote a culture of safety and discipline through leadership, exemplary personal compliance, accountability and communication.
