Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking an Operations Manager to lead and optimize operations across the Minnesota market. You will supervise office operations, oversee administrative teams, manage vendor relationships, and partner with executive leadership to drive performance and service.

This role requires strong leadership, experience in administration or facilities, and collaboration with IT, accounting, and property management.

Qualifications

• 7+ years supervisory experience in administration and/or operations.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Associate or Bachelor's degree in business or Property Management or equivalent experience.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight and administration to support Management Agreements and communicate with leadership, corporate and client accounting for accurate billing.
• Oversee Master Property Matrix and distribute as necessary.
• Manage direct and indirect reporting for essential administrative functions in the Minnesota market.
• Lead cross-functional teams and participate in Executive Leadership Team discussions.
